There is one private residential road off SW Helmholtz north of Zenith but it is not a through / public street and does not connect to Korbin Meadows.
Google maps and other driving direction apps have not updated their maps to include new streets SW 48th Street, SW Yew Place or SW 49th Street. Korbin Meadows is located at the corner of SW Zenith Avenue & SW 48th Street.
Coming from the North & East (Madras / Prineville / Downtown Redmond):
Take Hwy 97 south toward Bend. Take exit 124 onto SW Yew Ave. At the stoplight, take a right (heading West) onto SW Yew Avenue. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto SW 27th Street. At the stop sign, turn left onto SW Wickiup Avenue. Continue on Wickiup Ave which turns into SW Reservoir Drive near top of the hill. Turn left (heading south) onto SW 43rd Street. Turn right onto SW Zenith Avenue. Follow Zenith down the hill, turn right on SW 48th Street.
Coming from the South (Bend / Sunriver / LaPine):
Take Hwy 97 north toward Redmond. Take exit 124 for Airport Way / SW Yew Avenue. Turn left (heading West) onto SE Airport Way, under Hwy overpass. Continue onto SW Yew Avenue. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto SW 27th Street. At the stop sign, turn left onto SW Wickiup Avenue. Continue on Wickiup Ave which turns into SW Reservoir Drive near top of the hill. Turn left (heading south) onto SW 43rd Street. Turn right on to SW Zenith Avenue. Follow Zenith down the hill, right on SW 48th Street.

Take US-20 East to SW Helmholtz Way. Turn right onto SW Helmholtz Way. Turn left onto SW Wickiup Avenue which turns into SW Reservoir Drive near top of hill. Turn right (heading south) onto SW 43rd Street. Turn right on to SW Zenith Avenue. Follow Zenith down the hill, turn right on SW 48th Street.
